Sawitree Rujited

Sawitree Rujited is a Thai legal and immigration professional with more than 20 years of experience advising international businesses, foreign investors, and expatriates on Thai immigration, corporate compliance, and cross-border legal matters.

 

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Thammasat University and later qualified as a Barrister-at-Law of Thailand under the Thai Bar. Throughout her career, she has held legal and immigration positions with respected organizations, including Bangkok Bank (BBL), Thanachart/Thanachai Group, and leading international legal and immigration consultancies.

 

Her practice focuses on Thai visa and work permit solutions, Long-Term Resident (LTR) visas, BOI-related matters, corporate immigration compliance, and legal advisory services for international clients operating in Thailand.

 

In addition to private practice, she actively contributes to public legal service through the Lawyers Council of Thailand, where she serves as Vice Chairman of the Human Rights Committee and Chair of the Subcommittee on the Rights of Women, Children, and the Elderly.

Bundit Thaipalicharoen

Bundit Thaipalicharoen is an experienced Thai attorney specializing in criminal litigation and criminal procedural law, with more than two decades of professional legal practice.

 

He earned both his LL.B. and LL.M. in Natural Resources and Environmental Law from Thammasat University, graduating with distinction in his master’s degree studies. He is also a qualified Barrister-at-Law of Thailand (Thai Bar, Class 62) and holds a Lawyer License issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

 

Mr. Bundit has served in several respected academic and professional roles, including as a law lecturer, legal trainer, and invited speaker for governmental and professional institutions. He previously served as Examiner for the Advocacy Training Institute of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, Committee Member of the Regional Lawyers Journal Committee (Region 1), Subcommittee Member on Children’s Human Rights, and Committee Member of the Thonburi Lawyers Council.

 

He currently serves on the Dispute Mediation Committee of the Lawyers Council of Thailand while continuing active criminal defense practice. He is also widely recognized for conducting advanced litigation workshops and professional legal training programs focused on criminal trial strategy and courtroom advocacy.

 

Mr. Bundit is additionally an author and legal researcher with published works and legal reform contributions in the fields of criminal law, environmental law, and corporate social responsibility.
